NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 20-20) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., December 31, 2020, to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on January 6, 2021, at 3:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant/Owner: Tim Noble.

Proposed Project: Pursuant to the County of Lake Zoning Ordinance section 27.11 (ak) and 50.4(a), approval of a collector's permit to allow the accessory space to exceed the living space by approximately 112 square feet.

Location: 10670 Rancheria Rd. Upper Lake, Ca 95485 APN: 003- 061-18 Environmental Evaluation: Categorical Exemption (CE 20-29), Class 3.
