The County of Lake, California is soliciting sealed proposals from a qualified consulting firm to provide project management, specialized plan check and inspection services in relation to life safety, structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, accessibility, energy and green building, grading, drainage, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) compliance and public roadways design and construction to the current California Building Standards Code as amended by Lake County and all relevant Standards, approved plans, specifications, contract plans, laws, State and local codes.
