NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT
A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 19-05) and Initial Study, IS 19-09 (Mitigated Negative Declaration) on Thursday, March 19, 2020, 9:20 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant/Owner: Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians. Project: Major Use Permit to allow for the development of a small-scale bioenergy production facility using the Artis System.

This system has no open flame components and is a sealed system, which uses programmable electric heaters to achieve optimal temperatures.

The staff report is available for review on March 9, 2019. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above-stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
