NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR19-842), Minor Use Permit (MUP19-18), and Initial Study (IS19-39) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., November 20, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 27, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant: Mount St. Helena Vineyard LP.

Project: Construction and use of a 45-acre foot agricultural pond within an existing agricultural footprint.

Location: 20963 State Highway 175, Middletown. APN: 014-421-02.
