NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 19-24) and Categorical Exemption (CE 19-72) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., November 13, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held November 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant: KIT OWEN.

Owner: Dang Xuong Proposed Project: Pursuant to the County of Lake Zoning Ordinance section 42.11(a) and 50.4(a), approval of a Minor Use Permit to allow a six foot fence in the front setback.
