NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR19-1337), Minor Use Permit (MUP19-20), and Categorical Exemption (CE19-60) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., October 9, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 16, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room B, 1st Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant: Hank Lescher, Middletown Rancheria.

Project: Pave approximately two acres for casino overflow parking.

Location: 22033 State Highway 29, Middletown. APN: 014-160-09.
