NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Use Permit Extension (UPX19-01) and Categorical Exemption (CE19-37) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 31, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 7, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Project: Continued use of the existing park and ride facility permitted by use permit UP89-29, for the productive life of the project to which it is accessory.
