A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-40) on Thursday March 28, 2019, 9:15 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant/Owner: Perdue Investments LLC.

Proposed Project: two Commercial Cannabis Cultivation licenses, (1) A-Type 3B (mixed light) and (1) A-Type 1C (Specialty Cottage, indoor) to allow 23,040 square feet of canopy area within 34,080 square feet of cultivation area.

Location: 2775 Holdenreid Road, Kelseyville, CA; APN: 008-047-33 and 008-047-24.
