Coveda Yvonne Miller

LAKEPORT, Calif. — Coveda Yvonne Miller, born on Dec. 29, 1951, to Joaquin and Verle Miller of Upper Lake, California, a Tribal Elder of the Habematolel tribe, passed peacefully in Lakeport, California, on Monday morning, Jan. 17, 2022.

Her beautiful soul leaves behind six grandchildren, Leannlynn Faber, Shably Navarro, David Doberstein, Talisua Niko, Presley Niko and Weya Niko; two great-grandchildren, Michael Rock and Yvette Nessalyn; two sisters, Eileen Brown and Jackie Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews, family and friends.

She will always be in our memories and deeply missed.

Visitation will start on Friday, Jan. 21, at 10 a.m. at the Tribal Hall in Upper Lake.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 22, at noon at Upper Lake Rancheria Cemetery.
