LAKE COUNTY – The San Francisco and Sacramento area Mercedes-Benz club members made an overnight visit to Lake County on Saturday, May 2.

Leaving Fairfield the drive came into Lake County going by Lake Berryessa, traveling the way of Morgan Valley Road to Lower Lake.

After visiting Brassfield Vineyard and Ceago Vineyard the group settled in for the night at Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino, Tallman and Featherbed Railroad. The group enjoyed dinner at the Boat House and the Blue Wing.

Leaving Sunday morning there was a visit at the Wildhurst Vineyard. After a lunch stop at Perry’s Deli they departed Lake County by Highway 29.

The group was impressed with the beauty of Lake County and how friendly the residents of the County were to them, and would like to extend their appreciation to all the business that were visited.

"Our drive through Lake County was a highlight for our group,” said club President Robert E. Schilling. “Throughout the day I heard comments about the beauty of the area, the friendliness of the people, and the desire to return to this area that was new to many of our participants."
