LUCERNE, Calif. — The Lucerne Area Town Hall will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, July 21.

On the agenda are updates on Cal Water, Lucerne Harbor Park dredging and the condition of the trees at Lucerne Harbor Park.

Under business, the group will consider changes to the existing bylaws and increasing public awareness of, and participation with, the town hall.
