Action items on the agenda include approval of the Oct. 28 regular meeting minutes, the October financial statements, the 2020-21 midyear budget revision, the policy and procedure manual sections three to five, and the memorandum of understanding with Hope Rising for Smart Start Wizard.

There also will be the First 5 executive director’s report and reports from commissioners.

There will be no meeting in December. The commission’s next regularly scheduled meeting will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 27.
