Acme Foundation to celebrate 21st annual ‘Celebration of Caring’

COBB, Calif. – The Acme Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which helps low income seniors and the disabled with veterinary expenses in Lake County, will be having a champagne brunch, silent auction and raffles in celebration of its 21st anniversary.

The event will be held on Sunday, Sept. 22, at 11 a.m. in the Lion’s Club Building – also known as “The Little Red School House” – on Cobb.

Dancing Poly Farm & Food will serve brunch, dozens of auction and raffle donations are from Lake County and from across the United States, and music will be provided by K & J Music.

This prepaid event is $50 per person and includes brunch, one glass of champagne, and one ticket for a special raffle drawing.

Paid RSVPs are required by Sept. 11 to avoid a $5 late charge.

Groups of six or more get reserved seating and a customized reserved sign.

One-hundred percent of net proceeds are for grants to low income seniors and the disabled in Lake County to help with the treatment costs of their seriously ill cats and dogs.

To RSVP or for more information about the event and The Acme Foundation visit www.acmefoundation.org or call Pat Meyer at 707-928-5200.
