LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Lake County Fair Board will meet on Monday, Sept. 24.

The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. at the fairgrounds administration office, 401 Martin St., Lakeport.

Action items include appointments to the Lake County Fair Foundation Wish List Ad-Hoc Committee and the 49th DAA Nominating Ad-Hoc Committee.

The board also will consider adopting into policy that so long as there is allocated funds that the outgoing DAA Board president will attended the Western Fairs Association Convention in January 2019.

There also will be a 2018 fair recap committee reports and the wish list for the Lake County Fair Foundation.

The fair board's membership includes President Katherine McDowell, Vice President Steve Brown, and members Janeane Bogner, Marcia Chauvin, Kim Hansen, Annette Hopkins, Jerry McQueen, Monica Rosenthal and Thomas Turner.
