Projects include landscaping and installing solar panels as well, so there is something for everyone.

Habitat for Humanity Lake County's World Habitat Day celebration will be held from 8 a.m to 3 p.m. at 3418 14th St. in Clearlake.

The day will kick off with a pancake breakfast ($4 donation requested) and a free lunch for all volunteers. Those interested must sign up by Thursday, Oct. 9, by calling 994-1100 or sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
