CLEARLAKE OAKS, Calif. — The regular Clearlake Oaks-Glenhaven Business Association meeting on Thursday, Oct. 24, will feature Congressman Mike Thompson of the Fourth Congressional District.

Thompson will provide updates on legislation and other topics.

Meetings are held on the Fourth Thursday of the month at the Moose Lodge, 15900 Highway 20 in Clearlake Oaks.

The Association is a nonprofit organization serving the combined communities of Clearlake Oaks and Glenhaven on the county’s Northshore. Membership is open to businesses throughout Lake County as well as individuals.

The association’s signature fundraiser is the annual Catfish Derby held in May. Funds raised at the derby support local elementary and high schools, the senior center and nonprofits benefiting youth and the elderly.
