KELSEYVILLE – The Lake County Bar Association will host three hours of legal continuing education on Sept. 25 in Kelseyville.

Speakers will include Jill Sperber, Michael Fish and Richard Carlton from the State Bar of California, and Stephen Carter from Lower Lake.
