10:25 a.m. Nissan SUV versus Dodge Dakota on Soda Bay at Riviera West. Ambulance responding.


11:55 a.m. Wood debris in roadway on Highway 29 just south of Highway 53.


2:51 p.m. Vehicle versus a school bus on Gifford Springs at Mapes Pass. No injuries reported.

11:26 a.m. Traffic hazard on Siegler Springs Road, one mile from Red Hills. Phone pole laying in the road.


12:24 p.m. Disabled vehicle on southbound Highway 29 north of Bell Hell Road.


2 p.m. Big rig pulling a mobile home collides with an SUV at Highway 20 and 53. Ambulance responding.


5:13 p.m. White 1976 Ford pickup blocking the roadway at 6454 15th Ave. at Lakeshore Boulevard. Other vehicles may be en route to be dumped.


9:34 p.m. Vehicle versus deer on Highway 29 at Cole Creek. Dead deer is on the right-hand side of the road for pick up.

2:09 a.m. Traffic collision with major injuries on Highway 20 at mile marker 26. Solo vehicle accident, with a white Kia going off the roadway. One of the parties believed to be a felon in possession of a firearm.

11:12 a.m. Big rig versus mailbox at 5248 Tewa Court at Chippewa and Fairway.


3:49 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 53 just south of Old Highway 53.


5:35 p.m. Disabled vehcile at the Shell Station.


6:02 p.m. Disabled vehicle on westbound Highway 20 just east of the “Y” intersection.

 

Monday, March 26


7:16 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff, one and a half miles south of Highway 20. Contents of vehicle have spilled out on roadway.


8:31 a.m. Vehicle versus a tree on Mission Rancheria Road at Soda Bay. No injuries reported.


8:48 a.m. Traffic hazard on Bell Hill Road at Gold Dust Drive, Kelseyville. No cones or reflectors set up.


10:48 a.m. Gray Chevy pickup in the lane blocking traffic on northbound Highway 29 at mile marker 14.


10:56 a.m. Vehicle versus tractor on Katie Court at Lakeshore and Crystal Lake. No injuries reported.


11:21 a.m. Vehicle out of gas and blocking a lane of Soda Bay Road at the Black Forest on a blind curve. Driver came back with gas and the roadway is clear.


11:25 a.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Soda Bay Road just east of Konocti Harbor. Three-year-old child reportedly injured.


12:27 p.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries on Highway 20 in front of the elementary school. Solo vehicle into the embankment.

9:59 a.m. Traffic collision involving a blue Dodge sedan versus a silver Nissan Sentra at 5182 State St. at Sylar. No injuries reported.


6:56 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 at Spruce Grove Road South.

 

Saturday, March 24


1:50 a.m. Single-vehicle rollover with major injuries on Elk Mountain Road just north of the airstrip. Driver and passenger transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.


10:39 a.m. Disabled vehicle on eastbound Highway 20 eight miles west of Upper Lake.


12:21 p.m. Disabled vehicle three to four miles out on Butts Canyon Road.


12:34 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 53 just south of the “Y” intersection with Highway 20.


3:53 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 20 at mile marker one.


9:46 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Sixth Street at Schindler, Clearlake Oaks.

3:04 p.m. Vehicle hit while parked at 21159 Main Street at Highway 175. No injuries reported.

Wednesday, March 21


6:21 a.m. Scotts Creek at Riggs Road is entirely blocked due to big rig. Waiting for tow service.


7:12 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at 5935 Live Oak, Kelseyville. Gray Nissan truck versus a gray Volvo.


7:56 a.m. Vehicle fire on northbound Highway 29 at Diener Drive.


11:19 a.m. Traffic hazard on eastbound Highway 20 at Glenhaven. There isn't sufficient warning regarding flagmen for vehicles to stop without having to slam on brakes.


3:04 p.m. Traffic hazard on Highway 20 at mile markers 16 through 26. Reporting party was on a curve and almost got “smooshed” by a big rig. Conditions are causing traffic to back up so far and there are no markings or flagmen so far back.


4:52 p.m. Male subject detained at a traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 29 at Argonaut. Subject has no identification and it's unknown if he's the vehicle's registered owner.

9:51 a.m. White horse walking down Hill Road and Crystal Lake Way.


1:56 p.m. Someone opened a water main and is flooding the road on Live Oak at Main, Kelseyville. 

 

Monday, March 19


10:46 a.m. Cow on the highway side of the fence on Highway 175 at Matthews.


5:16 p.m. Vehicle versus a large white dog on Highway 20 across from Lucerne Alpine Park. Dog is no longer in the roadway; it has walked down by the water.

  

Sunday, March 18


10:52 a.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 20 at mile marker 38.


1:22 p.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries at 17560 Highway 175 near Middletown. St. Helena CDF responding.


1:40 p.m. Boat in the roadway on Highway 175/Cobb at South Salmina Road. Within about 15 minutes it was reported that the boat was back on its trailer and the roadway as clear.


2:25 p.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries at Rattlesnake Creek and Road 19N at Lake Pillsbury.


9:34 p.m. Large boulder in the northbound lane on Bottle Rock Road approximately one mile south of Highway 29.


10:22 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 20 at Highway 53.


10:22 p.m. Motorhome versus an SUV on eastbound Highway 20 one mile just east of Cache Creek. No injuries reported.

 

Saturday, March 17


1:14 a.m. Black sedan off the road and rolled over on Elk Mountain Road, five miles south of CC Camp. Brandi Poff called to report the vehicle stolen. Lake County Sheriff and Jones Automotive called to the scene. Keys were found in the ignition with letter “B” on keychain. Father, Terry, checked daughter for injuries; he called back and advised that daughter admitted that she rolled the car. She had a neck injury; CHP doesn't know if family is taking her to Sutter Lakeside.


9:15 a.m. Disabled vehicle on eastbound Highway 20 just west of Midlake.


9:18 a.m. Black cow on the right-hand side of the road on Highway 175 at Matthews. Cow looks mad. Cow is walking westbound with a car behind him. It's reported that it's not a cow, but a bull. Left message for possible owner, Jeff Gleeves.


11:14 a.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 just north of Diener.


11:28 a.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding at Sutter Lakeside. Individual fell of a motorcycle and has facial injuries.


11:37 a.m. Vehicle pulling horse trailers and causing a traffic hazard on Hummel Road at Bell Hill Road, near Kelseyville.


9:17 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at 2926 Parkview at Soda Bay Road near Lakeport. No further information.

 

Friday, March 16


10:45 a.m. Report of fire on Highway 20 at Upper Lake.


11:53 a.m. Green Saturn versus a white Ford Taurus with no injuries in front of Tower Mart on southbound Highway 53 at Highway 29.


12:17 p.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries at 8570 Scotts Valley Road. Suspect vehicle last seen heading towards Lakeport on Scotts Valley Road 20 minutes ago.


1:39 p.m. Disabled vehicle on southbound Highway 53 just north of 18ths.


3:38 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Lakeshore Boulevard in front of Aurora RV Park in Nice.


3:56 p.m. Yellow and white van in the roadway on Highway 175/Cobb, approximately 3 mile west of Highway 29.


4:06 p.m. Disabled vehicle on southbound Highway 29 just south of 11th, Lakeport.

 

8:49 p.m. Patrol car hit a deer on Highway 29 at Hill Road.

8:31 a.m. Vehicle on the right-hand shoulder of northbound 29 at Sandhill, causing a hazard.


1:43 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at 6299 Roland at Foothill.


2:03 p.m. Caltrans called regarding unspecified traffic hazard on northbound Highway 29 at Manning Flat.


2:08 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 at mile marker 33.


4:42 p.m. Vehicle partially blocking northbound lane of Highway 29 at mile marker 14.


5:17 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at intersection of Highways 29 at 53.


6:18 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 at Sandhill.


7:45 p.m. Vehicle partially blocking lane on East Hill Road up from Sutter Lakeside.

8:01 a.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on northbound Highway 29 near Diener Drive. Solo vehicle into a tree. Major injuries; possible death.


10:13 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at 11382 Highway 20 at Lakeshore in Clearlake Oaks. Green pickup versus Thunderbird. Roadway partially blocked.


10:37 a.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries on Highway 175 at Barnes. Chevy pickup versus a Sedan. No information on injuries.


12:06 p.m. Lots of smoking drifting across the roadway on Highway 20 at Ceago del Lago Winery. Northshore Fire reports it's a controlled burn.


1:32 p.m. Two vehicles that were causing a traffic hazard at Laurel Dell and Scotts Valley in Lakeport have been tagged.


2:38 p.m. Large boulder in the roadway on Highway 20 approximately two and a half miles west of Highway 16.


6:13 p.m. White Ford Taurus with flashers on along Highway 29 just south of Highway 281.


7:06 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Highway 20 at Sentry Market. Party trapped in vehicle. Major injuries reported, including a fractured leg with a possible right shoulder injury. Party doesn't remember anything about the collision.


9:50 p.m. Big rig causing a traffic hazard on Highway 29 just north of Kit's Corner, Kelseyville.

8:02 a.m. Dead dog in the road in the northbound lane on Highway 29 just south of Highland Springs Road.


8:27 a.m. Horse in the road at 1626 Martin past the Sheriff's Department.


9:56 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 29 just south of the Lake/Napa County line.


10:38 a.m. Vehicle on fire in northbound lane of Highway 53 in Lower Lake at Dam Road. Vehicle's axle is on fire.


11:09 a.m. Traffic collision between a Camaro Z-28 and a blue-green van at 9625 E. Highway 20 in Glenhaven. No injuries reported.


1:43 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Main at Highway 175, Lakeport.


5:28 p.m. Cattle in the road on Highway 175 at Cobb, four miles southwest of Middletown.

12:16 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 20 at mile marker 34. Spanish translator needed.

12:43 a.m. Fatality reported in a vehicle rollover at the Lake Pillsbury airstrip. Several other people also reported injured.


10:43 a.m. Wrong way driver driving southbound in the northbound lane on Highway 29 at Lakeport Boulevard.


3:20 p.m. Vehicle partially blocking the northbound lane on Highway 29 at mile marker 23 near Lower Lake.


3:32 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 20 at the Oasis.


5:48 p.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries reported. Location not given; parties at Sutter Lakeside emergency room.


8:30 p.m. AAA request on Highway 29 at the Hidden Valley main gate.


8:59 p.m. AAA request on southbound Highway 29 at Merritt Road, Kelseyville.

 

Saturday, March 10


12:29 p.m. Motorcycle accident with ambulance responding on Elk Mountain Road. Victim has an injured shoulder and is declining aid or transport.


12:55 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 29 half a mile just south of Bottle Rock Road, Kelseyville. Vehicle about 30 feet over the side of the road.


1:02 p.m. Semi truck stalled in the westbound lane of Highway 20 at Old Long Valley Road.


5:11 p.m. Disabled white Ford Explorer on the side of the road along southbound Highway 29 just north of Lakeport Boulevard.


8:19 p.m. Disabled vehicle along Highway 29, exact location not specified.

 

Friday, March 9


8:26 a.m. White dog, like a shepherd, running towards Valero on Highway 20 in Nice. Caller tried to catch the dog but it acted as if it would bite.


1:24 p.m. Vehicle versus a deer on Highway 29 at Thomas. Deer reportedly stuck under the vehicle. Ambulance responding to the accident.

 

Thursday, March 8


11:46 a.m. Cables down across roadway on Lillian at Single Springs. Mediacom has been advised.


1:40 p.m. Gray Honda Civic versus dog at 5159 State St. at Gaddy Lane in Kelseyville. No injuries reported.


2:24 p.m. Traffic collision with minor injuries reported on the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff at Rodman Slough. Woman was trapped in the car. Fish and Game and Environmental Health both called. Car as about 100 feet into the water. Another vehicle, unrelated to the collision, also was found submerged.


2:38 p.m. Vehicle fire on Highway 175/Hopland Grade on the Lake County side. CDF unable to locate three miles into Mendocino side.


3:48 p.m. Gravel on Highway 175 just east of mile marker 8, causing a hazard. Caltrans called.


8:09 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries in front of the Shell Station on Highway 29.

 

Wednesday, March 7


2:23 p.m. Loose horses on Highway 20 at mile marker 7, near Bachelor Springs. Vehicles have blocked the horses off on a side road. There are four horses, one buckskin, one light brown and two dark brown.


12 a.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding at 3065 Hendricks Road, Lakeport. Caller said she thinks her son has been involved in the collision.

 

Tuesday, March 6


9:32 a.m. Traffic hazard on northbound Highway 29 at Highway 175. No further information.


10:12 a.m. Pickup truck versus a car on Highway 29 just south of Lower Lake. Originally reported as a three-car accident involving a big rig. Minor injuries reported. Lanes reopened to traffic at just after 11 a.m.

 

Monday, March 5


1:38 p.m. – Blue Ford sedan versus a white Toyota Camry on southbound Highway 29 at Todd Road. No injuries reported.


2:43 p.m. – A gate is open and creating a traffic hazard on Oakhurst at Palo Alto.


3:26 p.m. – AAA request on southbound 29 just south of Eagle's Nest Storage at Kit's Corner.


7:15 p.m. – Vehicle partially blocking the lane on eastbound Highway 20 at intersection with Highway 53.


7:56 p.m. – Vehicle partially blocking the lane on Soda Bay Road between Riviera Heights.


8:26 p.m. – Two vehicles involved in a collision on eastbound Highway 20 at Sentry Market. Ambulance responding.

 

Sunday, March 4


3:38 p.m. – Vehicle into a ditch on Highway 29 at Bar X Ranch. Car is on its side. Minor injuries reported – victim had recent hip replacement surgery and has been reinjured. CHP unit on scene.

10:18 a.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 20 at mile marker 10.


10:37 a.m. Tree versus phone and cable lines at 3039 Anderson Road at Cliff and Lake.


11:58 a.m. Camper reported on fire at the Oasis on Highway 20.


12:46 a.m. Motorcycle hit a car and two persons are down on Soda Bay Road, one mile from Kit's Corner. Minor injuries reported.


1:58 p.m. Disabled vehicle on southbound Highway 29 near Park Way.


2 p.m. Silver Honda sedan blocking the lane on Highway 29, just north of 11th. Vehicle has been pushed to th right-hand side of the road.


2:23 p.m. Disabled vehicle on southbound Highway 29 just south of Highland Springs.


2:35 p.m. Two-vehicle traffic collision on Harrington Flat Road at Castina Drive in Cobb. Gray Toyota Tundra versus a blue Ford Probe. Minor injuries reported.


2:50 p.m. White pickup off the road on northbound Highway 29 at Kit's Corner. No injuries reported.


3:42 p.m. Traffic collision on Soda Bay Road one-half mile just west of Buckingham. Minor hand injury reported.


6:11 p.m. Solo vehicle traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 175 at the entrance road at Grouse on Cobb.

4:50 p.m. Black Jeep Cherokee on the right-hand side of the road, eastbound Highway 20 at Clearlake Oaks. Vehicle is partially in the roadway and causing a hazard.
