AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Major Use Permit (UP 19-50) to allow retail sales of cannabis on Thursday, June 25, 2020, 9:10 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant / Owner: Richard Sereghy.

Location: 8466 Lake Street, Lower Lake, CA; APNs: 012-054-25.

Environmental Evaluation: Class 1 Categorical Exemption, CE 19-96.
