John Brosnan: Major use permit for two commercial cannabis cultivation licenses

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT
A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-38) on Thursday March 28, 2019, 9:40 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant/Owner: John Brosnan. Proposed Project: two A-Type 3 (outdoor) Commercial Cannabis Cultivation licenses to allow 87,120 square feet of canopy area within 90,971 square feet of cultivation area.

Location: 11739 Old Spruce Grove Road, Lower Lake; APN: 012-032-04.
