LitFest invites book publishers to participate

UKIAH Small presses, self-publishers and other purveyors of literature are invited to register for a booth at Mendocino LitFest, a celebration with authors, booksellers and other word lovers scheduled for June 1-2 at Mendocino College.

Booth spaces on the campus quad will be available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 2. Booths must be reserved in advance. The rate is $80 for a full 6-foot table and $40 for a half table. For detailed exhibitor information and a registration form, see www.mendolitfest.org.

Two-dozen authors are scheduled to participate in LitFest, reading and signing their latest books. Some will be offering workshops; others will be involved in panel presentations and discussions.

Authors of all stripes will be represented including mystery writers, memoirists, poets and writers of literary fiction.

Mendocino Litfest is a program of Mendocino College sponsored by The Community Foundation of Mendocino County, the College, and the Friends of the Mendocino College Library. Community members, organizations, and businesses are providing additional support.
