LAKEPORT – Lakeport Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teenager.

Lt. Brad Rasmussen said Thursday that 14-year-old Erica Calvillo was reported missing by her mother on the afternoon of Sept. 26.

Erica Calvillo's mother, Leticia, reported that she last saw her daughter on the afternoon of Sept. 25, but had information that the teen went to Sutter Lakeside Hospital later that evening to visit a family member, according to Rasmussen.

On Oct. 1, Lakeport Police officers received information that Erica Calvillo may have been seen in the city of Clearlake with a Hispanic male subject on Sept. 25, Rasmussen reported.

He said the Lakeport Police Department is currently working with the Clearlake Police Department in an effort to locate the teenager and identify the Hispanic male subject.

Erica Calvillo is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Rasmussen said she is currently a student at Kelseyville High School but also recently attended Clear Lake High School.

At this time, police do not have any information that indicates Erica Calvillo is the victim of a crime or is being held against her will, Rasmussen reported.

However, Rasmussen said police are concerned for her safety.

Anyone with information regarding Erica Calvillo’s location is asked to contact the Lakeport Police Department at 707-263-5491.

Information regarding Erica’s Calvillo is posted at www.lakeportpolice.org.
