NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

FOR CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A PARCEL MAP 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public  hearing on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 9:25 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors chambers,  located in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453. 

CASE#: PM 22-02 

APPLICANT: SCOTTS VALLEY BAND OF POMO INDIANS 

REQUEST: Divide a 34 acre lot into four (4) residential parcels with one (1) 14 acre  commercially-zoned remainder lot. 

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: NEGATIVE DECLARATION, IS 19-09 (ADDENDUM) LOCATION: 7130 Red Hills Road, Kelseyville (APN: 009-021-07) 

SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT: 5

A staff report will be available for review 72 hours prior to the hearing upon request. If you  challenge the action of the Lake County Planning Commission on any of the above stated items  in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this  notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or  prior to, the public hearing.
