NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE ADOPTION OF CEQA DETERMINATION 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public  hearing on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 9:10 a.m. in the Board Chambers of the Lake  County Courthouse located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California 95453. 

CASE#: UP 20-90 

OWNER/APPLICANT: CRESTA PROPERTIES, LLC 

REQUEST: Cresta Properties, LLC is seeking discretionary approval from Lake County for a  Major Use Permit (UP 20-90), for a total of 51,500 square feet (sq. ft.) of mixed light canopy  area. 

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION LOCATION: 6267 Kelsey Creek Drive and 6245 Gold Dust Drive, Kelseyville (APNs: 007-013- 23, 007-013-22),

A staff report will be available for review 72 hours prior to the hearing upon request. If you  challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it  may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in  written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the  public hearing.
