NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR19-585) and Initial Study (IS19-29) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 18, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on September 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant: Beckstoffer Vineyards.

Project: Clear approximately 120 acres of native vegetation to construct a vineyard.

Location: 9930 and 9950 State Highway 281; 8040 and 8060 State Highway 29, Kelseyville. APNs: 009-006-24, 44, 78 and 90.
