Monday, April 16


10:17 a.m. Older man walking dogs along Highway 20 at Lucerne. One was hit and now is in the roadway. Caller doesn't think the man can get the dogs under control. Two dogs at large.


3:29 p.m. Traffic hazard on westbound Highway 20 just east of Glenhaven. Caller stated that excessive dirt on the roadway kicked up by the vehicle in front of her blinded her while driving.


4;08 p.m. Vehicle versus a tree at 10856 Elk Mountain Road at Rancheria Road. Minor injuries reported. Caller said a white vehicle tailgating them ran them off the roadway.


4:59 p.m. Flock of wild turkeys on both sides of the roadway on southbound Highway 29 just north of Hill Road.

3:28 p.m. Vehicle partially blocking driveway at 7380 Highway 29 near Cole Creek.


4:08 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at Rodman Slough.


5:26 p.m. Head-on traffic collision with no injuries at Big Canyon four miles from Highway 29. White Chevy Suburban versus a black Chevy pickup.


Saturday, April 14


5:17 p.m. Person ran in front of a vehicle on eastbound Highway 20 at Blue Lakes. The individual is thought to be drunk.


6:57 p.m. Vehicle on the road causing a traffic hazard on Highway 29 at 175/Cobb.

8:29 a.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 20 at mile marker 34.


8:41 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on eastbound Highway 20 just west of Witter Springs. Unit hit a deer.


11:31 a.m. Large piece of concrete in the roadway on westbound Scotts Valley Road at Hill Road.


3:27 p.m. Disabled vehicle at Sand Hill.


6:39 p.m. SUV in the road causing a hazard on Highway 53 across from KFC.


7:03 p.m. Two kids riding bikes in the roadway on Quarter Horse and Bonhiem, Lower Lake.


7:35 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 20 at mile marker 4.


9:57 p.m. Disabled vehicle being pushed off the roadway on northbound Highway 29 at Hihgway 175/Cobb.

 

Wednesday, April 11


7:17 a.m. Wood debris in road on southbound Highway 29 just north of Hill Road.


8:04 a.m. Large rocks on both sides of the road on Highway 175, two miles west of Highway 29.


8:13 a.m. Vehicle hit the side of the hill on southbound Highway 29 over St. Helena, mile post marker 46.


8:26 a.m. Traffic hazard on Highway 20, one mile east of Mid Lake Road. No further information.


9:02 a.m. Dead raccoon on the right-hand side of the road on southbound Highway 29 just south of the boat storage and marine.


9:26 a.m. Report of fire on Highway 175 at Highway 29. No further information available.


5:15 p.m. Vehicles stopped in the merge lane and creating a traffic hazard on Highway 20 at Sentry Market.


6 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 at mile marker 16. Driver's wife is on the way.

12:17 p.m. White BMW versus a Silver Nissan truck on 17th Avenue at Highway 20, Lucerne. No injuries reported.


1:13 p.m. Acura versus a red Ford Focus on Highway 29 at Armstrong in Middletown. No injuries reported.


5:28 p.m. Traffic hazard at 3839 Lakeshore Boulevard at Deer Hill, Lakeport.

 

Monday, April 9


5:46 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 175 at the Dry Creek Road cutoff. A single car reportedly collided with a tree that had fallen across the road. Some power lines were reportedly down as well.


12:43 p.m. Traffic hazard on Fairway at Pt. Lakeview in the Clear Lake Riviera. No further information available.


1:57 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at 9252 Fairway Drive. A vehicle was not placed in “park,” and it rolled out of the driveway and into the neighbors'.


2:45 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries at Hidden Valley Lake plaza. No further information.

 

6:36 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 20 at the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff. A red Jeep is overturned with driver and driver's daughter inside.

10:06 a.m. Cable lines causing traffic hazard on Wheeler Drive at Marina Drive. Mediacom, AT&T notified.


10:30 a.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on eastbound Highway 20 at Glenhaven Drive. Roadway clear.


10:48 a.m. Disabled vehicle on northbound Highway 29 just south of Lower Lake.


11:07 a.m. Traffic collision with major injuries on Highway 29 at Lake/Napa County line.


12:53 p.m. Car broke down and is partially blocking eastbound Highway 20 west of the Oasis.


12:55 p.m. Traffic collision with ambulance responding on Butts Canyon Road at Guenoc.


1:06 p.m. Red truck with the hood up and dogs in the back causing a traffic hazard on westbound Highway 20 just east of mile marker 40.


1:52 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 just south of 11th Street, Lakeport.

7:14 a.m. Injured deer on Highway 29 at Glasgow Grade.


8:29 a.m. Traffic hazard on northbound Highway 29 south of Hofaker.


8:25 a.m. Black cow in the road on eastbound Highway 175 west of Lakeport.


10:04 a.m. Propane tanker and a red Saab sedan collided on Highway 20 just east of Highway 29. No injuries reported. Glass debris in the roadway.


12:27 p.m. Metal ladder in the roadway on Highway 53 at Ogulin Canyon Road.


12:35 p.m. Portable basketball hoop left on the roadway on 14th Avenue at Highway 20, Lucerne.


12:41 p.m. Disabled vehicle on southbound Highway 29 just south of the Nice-Lucerne Cutoff.


2:01 p.m. Five small children playing and sitting on the Highway 20 bridge on the north end of Upper Lake, and running in between vehicles.

3:39 p.m. Traffic collision with major injuries on eastbound Highway 20 at Le Trianon Resort, Blue Lakes. Two vehicles and motorcycle involved. Highway closed for nearly an hour.


3:50 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 29 on the Glasgow Grade. Party is changing a tire near the fog line.


7:12 p.m. Black cow on Highway 175/Hopland at Matthews.


7:16 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Highway 20 across from 10090 Northwood Park at Harvey Street.


7:20 p.m. Traffic hazard on northbound Highway 29 between Parkway at Hill Road.


7:50 p.m. Dead deer on the right-hand side of the road on southbound Highway 29.

5:41 p.m. Gray Toyota Camry partially blocking lane on Nice-Lucerne Cutoff at the Rodman Slough.

8:23 a.m. White Saturn Vue versus a deer on Highway 29 at the Kit's Corner parking lot. No injuries reported to driver.


10:35 a.m. Sheetrock in the roadway on Highway 29 just south of Highway 175/Hopland Grade.


11:15 a.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 175 at Cobb, just north of Stewart.


12:15 p.m. Car blew a tire and hit the side of the hill on northbound Highway 29 at mile post marker 13. No injuries reported.


12:36 p.m. Disabled vehicle on southbound Highway 29 just north of Park Way.


7:17 p.m. Traffic collision with no injuries on Siegler Canyong Road. Both lanes of road shut down.


8:43 p.m. Dead elk in the roadway on Highway 20 near New Long Valley Road. Light-colored vehicle reportedly hit the animal.


9 p.m. Disabled vehicle on eastbound Highway 20 three miles east of Highway 53. Two vehicles parked on the right hand side of the road.


9:49 p.m. Disabled vehicle on Highway 175 just north of Highway 175.

 

Monday, April 2


12:21 a.m. Solo vehicle into a guard rail on Highway 20 at mile marker 42. No injuries reported. Guard rail is folded up but is not a hazard at this point.


5:35 p.m. Traffic hazard on Highway 29 at Lakeport Boulevard.


8:58 p.m. Animal on Soda Bay Road near the casino.


5:45 p.m. Flatbed pickup pulled over along Highway 29 between Kelseyville and Kit's Corner, causing a traffic hazard.
