The City of Lakeport Community Development Department has received an application for a use permit to allow a new wireless communication facility with antennas concealed in the interior of a stealth pole and ground based equipment cabinets within a fenced enclosure. The height of the pole will exceed the 35 foot limit in a Professional Office Zoning District. The subject property is located at 280 Third Street and is further described as APN 025-375-03.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport will hold a public hearing to consider this request on Wednesday the 13th of May, 2009, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard.
