      NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., May 21, 2007.  Should a timely appeal or request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 6, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in the office of the Community Development Director, Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N.
