NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-18) based on Initial Study 08-16 for PHIL OWNBEY in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a small winery with an annual maximum production of 10,000 cases of wine. The property is located at 15087 Spruce Grove Road, Middletown, CA and further described as APN 013-060-10. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available 20 days and the proposed conditions of approval will be available 10 days before adoption of a negative declaration and issuance of the minor use permit on August 28, 2008 from the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., August 27, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on September 3, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
