NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 08-14) based on Initial Study 08-13 for Sunrise Shores Mutual Water Company in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow an upgrade to the water system consisting of the addition of an iron filtration system and one 1,000 gallon storage tank and one 1,500 gallon storage tank on APN 043-302-04 and two 5,300 gallon storage tanks on APN 043-310-05. The properties are located at 6030 Sunrise Court & 6200 Sunrise Drive , Lower Lake, CA and further described as APNs 043-302-04 & 043-310-05. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., June 27, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 2, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
