NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a MINOR MODIFICATION (MMU 08-05) to an existing minor use permit (MUP 03-14) for CHANCEWATER LLC to allow wine making. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR MODIFICATION to the existing MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., June 19, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 25, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
