Papworth: Outraged by treatment of Dinius PDF Print E-mail
Written by Anthony Papworth
Saturday, 24 May 2008
I am contacting you from Adelaide, Australia to express my outrage at the treatment of Bismarck Dinius by your local law enforcement authorities.

This case reinforces the impression of a "Wild West" style of justice which has no place in a modern society.

As a fellow sailor I fully support Mr Dinius and hope justice prevails.

Anthony Papworth lives in Adelaide, Australia.

justice will prevail Mr. Papworth, we have enough good people here still to make sure it does, even if it means some painful days ahead.

If Mr. Papworth finds the treatment of Dinius outrageous one may assume Mr. Papworth likes to operate his sailing vessel under the influence.

There are laws against operating under the influence and what happens while doing so is your own fault.
What brand of logic is that?

Not sure how "one may assume Mr. Papworth likes to operate his sailing vessel under the influence" simply because he defends Dinius; could you clarify this for me, yellowwing?

Yellowwing entirely misses the point and foolishly forgets what he was told by his fifth grade teacher about what happens when you assume.

This is a complex, fascinating case and low level thinkers should not attempt to dumb it down.
If no lights!

Mr.Dinius has problems if no lights on the boat. This excusing of Perdock as if he wasn't there or play a role in a persons death has most confused. Its a cover up and heads need to roll. Starting with Hopkins and all else that need be. Simply put If Mr. Dinius or Mr.perdock broke the law and clearly both did then both should be accountable. Its not about how much it cost but justice denied by arrogant bureaucrats. Thats what you get with a living breathing contitution its their way or no way. As is said by me just more stale cake for the masses. Good life MR.Papworth and Semper Fi all
Stay Dockside

If you and your passengers are too ripped to sail safely. If Dinius would have stayed in the bar, the night might have been uneventful.
