9:40 a.m. – Caller reports problems with a subject parked next to her and harassing her in the 500 block of N. Main.
10:15 a.m. – Caller reports seeing what she believe is a drug exchange on 16th and N. Main. Gone on arrival.
1:56 p.m. – Music disturbance reported on Fourth. Warning issued.
2:32 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision reported in the 1000 block of 11th.
3:28 p.m. – Residential burglary reported on Royale Avenue. Caller is landlord calling from Arizona, saying their tenant is now moving out but is taking belongings from his furnished apartment.
4:49 p.m. – Shoplifter arrested in the 1000 block of 11th. Two subjects ran out of store without paying for groceries.
5:06 p.m. – Infant reported left alone in vehicle in a car seat in the 1000 block of 11th. Report taken.
9:28 p.m. – Caller reports ongoing problems with receiving annoying phone calls from an individual.
