2:14 p.m. – Parking citation issued at Fifth and Park.
4:11 p.m. – Family disturbance reported on Royale Avenue. Caller's 11-year-old daughter is screaming and hiding in the bushes.
7:50 p.m. – Caller wants an officer to go with her to speak to parents at a home on 13th where her daughter was serviced alcohol and drugs.
10:01 p.m. – Anonymous female reports an older, light-colored box-type sedan just ran over a stop sign and left heading toward Armstrong.
