HHO gas is generated through electrolysis, when you separate the molecules of water into hydrogen and oxygen. HHO gas is supposedly much safer and yet more powerful than gasoline.

From what I have read, thousands of people around the world have already converted their cars to burn HHO.

Denny Klein is a hydrogen engineer who actually has a patent on HHO and is developing vehicles for the U.S. military that run on this fuel. A Fox News affiliate interviewed Klein about his amazing fuel.

Because of the recent trend to grow crops for fuel rather than food the world is beginning to experience shortages of food grade crops... People say that water sales should not be a for-profit business. What on earth would these people say to using water to make fuel? Hydrogen is expensive and it will be decades before all the kinks are worked out. While we may save the world, we'll be on a diet to pay for it. (Hm-mm, given our need for exercise, maybe not such a bad idea!)

Does it take fuel to be $10 a gallon for us to start walking and being more conscious of our own personal impact? I hope not. The high price of oil prices is not created by any political party. Yes, Pres. Busch's family is in the oil business. But, call up any brokerage firm and ask a stock broker to explain to you why our oil prices are so high. I am sure he will explain to you it is NOT politics that is driving up the price. If you live within walking distance of a grocery store, by all means walk to the store to purchase your groceries. But, if you do not, what option do you have in Lake County but to drive? While we do have a transit system here in Lake County, I would be surprised if any person could afford to take that much time out of his day just to purchase groceries with help from that bus. Find something that been around forever and everyone has forgotten about or doesn't know about, and cast it as "news" again. The problem here is, once again, water is not the "fuel". Water is like a battery in this case. You take a ton of electricity and covert water into HHO gas. Then, you take the gas and run it in your car. Here's how physics works. The water has no potential energy. You convert the water into HHO using electricity. HHO has potential energy, but only because you used electricity to make it. Then you extract the energy from HHO gas by running it through your car. But the question is how much energy is used. Since the efficiency ratings are not mentioned here, I'll just make my point from theory. Even if it takes only 10 Kilowatt Hours to convert 4 ounces of water into HHO gas, that would cost more money in electricity than you would spend at the gas station buying gas. But more than that, how many Kilowatt Hours does it take to charge an Electric Vehicle? If an EV uses less power to charge it's batteries than it does to make 4 ounces of HHO, then why would you want HHO over an EV? The EV would use less energy and save you money as well.

Generating browns gas can be enhanced by using a source of electricity that is frequency regulated at about 20 kHz. By doing this there is relatively no generation of heat and approximately 700% greater output of energy. This is called cold fusion energy resulting in over unity. This technique is a highly risky venture as there are powers out there that doesn't want this around because it will eliminate our use of petroleum and step on many industries' main source of income. The energy balance equation shows that more energy goes into freeing the hydrogen than you recover from igniting it. Then there is the fact that a 12 volt battery will not separate enough hydrogen to run a vehicle or even significantly improve the mileage beyond the energy used to separate it. Brown's gas can be used as a fuel supplement with the hydrogen component having an affect on the burn rate and lean burn limit of hydrocarbon fuels and improve gas mileage. But the fact is that the hydrogen and oxygen molecules have an inseparable love affair with each other and will seek each other out and bond and produce water in the exhaust but also in the gas tank, not what we want. Here are their replies. From a guy who's been studying cars since he was about 10: Yes it works. Just not the way they say since the energy required to make the stuff exceeds the amount you get from the product. Net loss. Of course if all the energy to make it were from passive sources or solar panels that consumed little or no energy to make... But then where do you store all the highly flammable gas? Remember the Pinto! And this from an engineer friend: IMHO: the science behind this is crap. (I wonder, doesn't ANYONE pay attention in chemistry class anymore? As I recall, the basic equation shows energy is required for electrolysis, more than the hydrogen will provide in the end unless you develop cold fusion) Hydrogen is a better battery than an energy source. Best alternative energy bet is still the electric car with solar, though creating the panels and batteries is energy intensive, they produce more than they take to make them.

There have yet to be any HHO cars you can go out and purchase that run solely on HHO gas. However, I have seen online ads for conversion kits that supposedly add HHO gas to your car's gasoline. Have you ever been in an all-electric car - other than a golf cart? I have. Riding in an electric car is a unique experience. An electric car sounds very different from a gasoline-driven automobile. In fact, the noise reminds me of a sewing machine. The Georgia Power Company has had many of its employees driving electric cars to and from work for years. For short commutes, electric cars are great. The problem with all-electric cars is the battery life. It drains rather quickly. You cannot use an electric car for long-distance travel. If you could, I would definitely want to own one. Rural Northern California would be a great place for them.
