NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 08-07 of Rafael Valadez in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow construction of a six-foot high fence and gate within the required front yard setback along Harris Street, and a seven-foot high fence along the East and West side property lines. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., May 8, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 14, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
