NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW OF PROPOSED MITGATED NEGATIVE

DECLARATION AND ISSUANCE OF A GRADING PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director, acting as the reviewing authority, has considered CEQA Grading Permit GP 08-003 and proposes to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration based on Initial Study 07-58 for Michael Maely for driveway construction and installation of two culverts. The project is located at 18355 East Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA, and further described as APN 006-019-19. This proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and proposed conditions will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. NOTICE IS HERBY FURTHUR GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 p.m., May 1, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 14, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
