NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS TO PROTECT CERTAIN NATIVE TREES IN THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 10, 2008, in the City Hall Council Chambers at 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The purpose of the hearing is to consider adopting an ordinance to establish regulations to protect certain native trees to enhance the attractiveness and livability of the City.
Members of the public may submit written comments on the matter to the City Clerk prior to the hearing and/or may appear at the public hearing and speak on the matter.
