NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Committee of the County of Lake, State of California, shall hold a public hearing on application DR 07-07 proposing the construction of 3,198 square foot medical clinic. The project applicant is Redbud Community Hospital. The project is located at 5290 State Street, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APN 024-171-10. The public hearing will be held in Conference Room C on the third floor of the Courthouse on February 13, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Design Review Committee on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Division at, or prior to, the public hearing.
