NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UPX 09-01 of UP 97-05 requesting a five year time extension for existing billboard sign. The project applicant is Angelo LaMonica. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 97-21. The project is located at 2560 State Highway 20, Nice, APN 201-040-02. The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing.
