NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the appeal AA 09-04, of Veronica Fisher, on behalf of El Dorado Motel. The appellant is appealing a Notice of Violation issued September 9, 2009, in conjunction with Case #RC30, for the conversion of a motel to a combination permanent living establishment along with transient occupancy facilities. The location of the alleged zoning violations is 3955 Lakeshore Blvd., Lakeport, APN 029-231-78.
