NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 07-18 proposing a major use permit for the operation of a Charter School for a maximum 120 students. The project applicant is Lake County International Charter School. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-62. The project is located at 15872 and 15850 Armstrong Street, Middletown, CA and further described as APN 024-391-02 and 024-392-11. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department, (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 20 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport will hold a public hearing to consider applications for Architectural and Design Review for an addition and an exterior remodel of the Safeway store, expansion of the parking area, a Lot Line Adjustment between two contiguous parcels, and Environmental Review of the project in a C-2 Major Retail Zoning District on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard.
