NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application to consider an extension of time (PMX 08-01) for an approved Tentative Parcel Map (PM 04-06) to divide a 13.5 acre parcel into 2 parcels together with a deviation (DV 04-06) to allow a private road. The project is located at 1230 Scotts Valley Road, Lakeport, CA, and further described as APN 015-004-13. The project applicant is Scott DeLeon.
The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 04-42. The Initial Study is available for review and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing at the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on applications GPAP 07-09 and RZ 07-17 proposing a general plan amendment of 5.5 acres from Suburban Residential Reserve to Commercial Resort and 59 acres from Suburban Residential Reserve to Agricultural and a rezone from “U” Unclassified to “CR” Commercial Resort and “A” Agriculture. The applicant further requests a major use permit UP 07-15 for a 4,000 case winery with tasting, delicatessen, 7-room country inn and 300-seat amphitheatre.
