NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California will hold a public hearing on application MUP 07-16 proposing a minor use permit for road building. The project applicant is Richard Kuehn. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 07-17.
