NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ALONG WITH THE PROPOSED LAKE COUNTY GENERAL PLAN UPDATE. The Draft EIR discusses the effects of the proposed General Plan Update, which sets forth a 20-year development plan for the unincorporated area of the County of Lake.
The Draft EIR and Policy Document are available for review by the public on the Community Development Department’s link on the County Website: www.co.lake.ca.us Copies of these documents are also available at the County Libraries, and at the Lake County Community Development Department, 255 North Forbes Street, 3rd Floor of the County Courthouse, Lakeport, California. NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS TO PROTECT CERTAIN NATIVE TREES IN THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 10, 2008, in the City Hall Council Chambers at 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. The purpose of the hearing is to consider adopting an ordinance to establish regulations to protect certain native trees to enhance the attractiveness and livability of the City.
Members of the public may submit written comments on the matter to the City Clerk prior to the hearing and/or may appear at the public hearing and speak on the matter.
