NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on applications GPAP 09-01 and RZ 09-04 proposing general plan amendments and rezonings. The project applicant is The County of Lake. The Planning Commission will consider adopting a Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-29. The projects are located at 1000 Robin Hill Dr., Lakeport (APN 004-024-15) proposing a partial general plan change from Resource Conservation to Rural Residential; 729 Nice-Lucerne Cutoff, Lakeport (APN 004-024-14) proposing a partial general plan change from Resource Conservation to Rural Residential; 9355 Wildcat Rd., Kelseyville (APN 011-042-08) proposing a general plan change from Rural Residential to Resource Conservation and a zoning change from “RR” Rural Residential to “TPZ” Timber Preserve; 9465 Wildcat Rd., Kelseyville (APN 011-068-50) proposing a general plan change from Rural Lands to Resource Conservation and a zoning change from “RL” Rural Lands to “TPZ” Timber Preserve; 4545 Loasa Rd, Kelseyville (APN 008-038-06) proposing a zoning change from “A” Agriculture to “M2” Heavy Industrial; and 2595 Scotts Creek Rd., Lakeport (APN 005-026-25) proposing a zoning change from “APZ” Agriculture Preserve to “RR” Rural Residential. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-03 proposing a major use permit to allow for the construction of a large reservoir.  The project applicant is Beckstoffer Vineyards. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-03.  The project is located at 7900 S.
