NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application DV 09-01 proposing a deviation from Conditional Certificate of Compliance (CCC 93-1), the County Subdivision Ordinance and County Road Standards requiring that “intermediate turnarounds with a 45 foot improved radius shall be provided along the roadway, but no further apart than every 500 feet,” and a second access road for roadways exceeding 1,000 feet. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on consideration of certification of a FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (FEIR) for Cristallago Development Corporation’s application GPAP 05-09, RZ 05-12 & GPD 05-05 proposing the following: (1) General Plan Amendment from Rural Lands, Rural Residential, Suburban Residential Reserve and Resource Conservation to Rural Residential, Suburban Residential Reserve, Commercial Resort and Resource Conservation; (2) Rezone from “RL” Rural Lands, “RR” Rural Residential, “O” Open Space & “A” Agriculture to “PDR” Planned Development Residential & “PDC” Planned Development Commercial (no change is proposed to the “FF” Floodway Fringe or “WW” Waterway Combining Districts); (3) General Plan of Development for approximately 860 acres to create a subdivision of up to 650 single family residential lots, an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, community center, spa, restaurant, conference facility, nature preserve, and 325 resort units, including timeshares, fractional share units, condominium hotels and a hotel on property located at 3580, 3595, 3851, 3907, 4051, 4141, 4151, 4161, 4283, & 4483 Hill Road, Lakeport, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 003-046-66 & 67, 005-009-04, 05, 06 & 07, 005-010-05, 16 & 17, 005-011-06 & 07 and 005-012-33.
