NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to the City of Lakeport Zoning Ordinance including not allowing bed and breakfast inns in the R-1 Low Density Residential Zoning District and requiring bed and breakfast inns to have at least 10,000 SF of land area when located on the shoreline of Clear Lake.
This hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and be heard.
