NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application MMM 07-02 proposing a modification to a previously approved subdivision map (Kaylee Court) to allow alternative pedestrian and drainage improvements in lieu of curb, gutter and sidewalk along Konocti Road between Vista Mountain Estates Drive and the entrance to the school.  The project applicant is Walter Schlicher.
