Dennis A. Fordham is a State Bar Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law. Mr. Fordham practices in the areas of Estate Planning (i.e., Wills & Trusts); Trust Administration; Probate; Special Needs Trusts; Conservatorships, Elder Law and Medi-Cal Planning. He also authors regular Columns in the Record-Bee, Observer-American and Lake County News online, “Your Legacy & Peace of Mind.”
Mr. Fordham is a member of Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council (REEPC) of Santa Rosa, California, and served as Vice President of the Lake County Bar Association from 2007 to 2009.
He is also a member of the Lakeport Rotary Club and Toastmasters International.
For 2009 and 2010, Dennis is presenting a valuable and informative program developed and sponsored by the Trust and Estates Section of the State Bar of California to educate seniors (and when possible also their family member, friends and others) about financial scams directed at them.
Mr. Fordham has the following degrees: B.A., Columbia University (New York); J.D., State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law; and LL.M. in Federal Tax Law. He is licensed to practice law in California & New York States.
He and his wife, Dr. Kimberly Fordham live in Kelseyville - Clearlake Riviera and have two children, Alex who is three, and Emily Ann, 4 months.
