How can it be said that the speed of Perdock's boat had nothing to do with the accident? If he was traveling at a safe rate of speed he would have been able to avoid the accident or, if not, no one would have died. Lake County residents really need to pay attention with respect to who they elect to protect them in the next election. There should also be demand for Perdock's resignation, anyone with that that poor of judgement should not be in law enforcement, PERIOD.
